2016 Presidential Race

It is commencing to get interesting…

the Donald just can’t help stepping on his own member, Jeb appears to be getting more mainstream and perhaps is weaker becuase if it, Ted Cruz is a flake of immense proportions and that is just three of the 16 GOPers in the game. We have Hillary and a couple of dems, but where is Joe Joe Biden? This is about to get real good and real interesting and maybe, real boring before it gets any better…

I guess 86 was enough? Note that in this link, they claim (unless they fixed it) that Eight is Enough ran from 1877 to 1981… they beat out Gunsmoke and the Simpsons combined!

I will be in Cali for the remainder of the week attending a mediation in LA.

Virgil Runnels passed away. He was better known as Dusty Rhodes. I have been doing impressions of him my entire life. RIP Mr. Runnels. You were the greatest (at one time) and the American Dream!

Go Hawks!

CATAGORIES: FEEL GOOD STORIES,i love it when this happens,SPORTS — FloridaBill @ 8:07 am

Tonight, the Chicago Blackhawks face off against the Tampa Bay Lightning for all of the glory in professional hockey.

When I grew up in Tampa, we didn’t know what hockey was, much less have a professional team in the Stanley Cup finals. Since relocating to Chicago in the mid-nineties, I have become a Blackhawks fan. After all, they have the best logo in sports. They are going for their third Stanley Cup in six years. Watching the Hawks with Sal and “fire-pitting” has been most enjoyable.

Should be entertaining. Go Hawks!

Also in Chicago sports this week, we have a new basketball coach for the Bulls. When introduced, Fred Hoiberg just repeated the phrase “say my name!”. The Bulls treated former coach Thibideau badly and could have shown more class. I liked Thibs. He took us to the playoffs every year since becoming the Bulls head coach. I would rather he be our coach than the opponents coach. I predict he ends up in New Orleans…
